RIMM Rambus 184-Pin

RIMM (Rambus Inline Memory Module) uses a 184-pin slot for RDRAM (Rambus DRAM) operating at 800-1600 MHz with a very narrow 16-bit channel. Used in Intel Pentium 4 systems around 2000-2003.
