Intel Optane 3D XPoint M.2

Intel Optane uses 3D XPoint non-volatile memory technology on M.2 2280 for ultra-low latency (sub-10 microsecond) storage. Used for SSD caching (Optane Memory H10) and standalone high-performance storage (Optane P1600X).
