MAX7219 LED Matrix Driver

The MAX7219 is an SPI-controlled LED display driver that can drive up to 64 individual LEDs or an 8×8 LED matrix or eight 7-segment displays. Multiple drivers can be daisy-chained. Used in LED matrix scrolling displays.
