USB PD 3.0 (Power Delivery)

USB PD 3.0 adds Programmable Power Supply (PPS) allowing continuous voltage adjustment from 3.3V to 21V in 20mV steps and current in 50mA steps for optimized charging. Used in Qualcomm QC 4+ and Samsung Super Fast Charging.
