Mini DisplayPort (mDP)

Mini DisplayPort was introduced by Apple in 2008 and later adopted by Intel for Thunderbolt 1 and 2. Found on older MacBooks, Surface Pro, and PC laptops. Uses the same signal set as full DisplayPort in a smaller connector.
